Sheri has consistently experienced the power of the unique and honoring Inspired Learning Model™ with every student. Her interactive, accepting, and supportive style provides expert facilitation for insight and learning.
- Sheri is a senior faculty member in the Foundation for Inspired Learning – She facilitates trainings in the Inspired Learning Facilitator Program and the Certified Inspired Learning Facilitator Program.
- Sheri has been a member of the faculty of Coach For Life for 5 years, facilitating hundreds of new coaches in The Life Coach Program and the Certified Life Coach Program, an Accredited
Coach Training Program by the International Coach Federation.
As Coach and Seminar Leader
Sheri is passionate about the power of coaching and how this partnership moves clients forward with ease. She loves her work, both with individual clients and teams.
- Sheri co-founded her company, Inspired Mastery in 2003 with three partners to bring leadership development and coaching skills to managers and leaders.
- Sheri founded her coaching practice, LifeMotion Coaching, in 1997 to work with clients experiencing career change, and other life transitions.
- She developed and presented Life Purpose Process workshops, career change programs, seminars and trainings to Americorps , Washington State University, Marylhurst University , Clemson University , and the International Coach Federation (ICF).
- Program Committee Chair of the Portland , Oregon Chapter of the ICF in 1999 & 2000.
As Business Owner and Manager
Sheri has an extensive business background:
- She co-owned a highly acclaimed and successful restaurant on the Oregon coast for 7 years and was responsible for all aspects of the business management, including employee hiring and training.
- For 6 years, she worked as an office manager and physiotherapist for a high-volume medical office and was solely responsible for billing, scheduling, patient relations, and training and managing a full office staff.
- She successfully developed and maintained a sales territory for Transworld Systems, selling and servicing collection account systems to business.
- She worked in taxpayer service for the Internal Revenue Service, completing several advanced trainings and volunteering time off-site to assist and teach non-English speaking citizens to file tax forms.

- Certified as an MCC (Master Certified Coach) by International Coach Federation in 2004
- Certified as a CLC (Certified Life Coach) by Coach For Life in 1999
- Certified as a Life Purpose Process Consultant by the Life Purpose Institute in 1997
- Earned her BA in Social Science/Psychology from Marylhurst University in 1997
