“I worked with a large group of managers who had just come together as a team in a newly created department.  Their Director was interested in providing them with some tools for being effective and collaborative, and asked me to conduct a weekly “training” session for the next 4 weeks.  I introduced components of the Inspired Learning Model™, including the Standards of Presence, to the group through a series of exercises, including role playing.
