The segments form a circle. This powerful and ancient form is symbolic for community, safety, connection, council, and shared wisdom.
The 7 segments represent the 7 elements of the Inspired Learning Model™
The starting and smallest segment represents the Inspired Learner just beginning to enter the Inspired Learning Model™ environment. This Inspired Learner is just beginning to reawaken.
Each segment is progressively larger and more fully developed. This represents the growing mastery that each Inspired Learner has while they are in the Inspired Learning Environment.
Each segment is unique in its size, shape and color. Just like every Inspired Learner is unique.
The colors are bright and bold. This represents the innate brilliance in every person.
The six segments that make up the circle collectively represent the repetitiveness of affirming the positive. By the time this Inspired Learner gets through the sixth repetition he or she has learned how to continue to receive knowledge, insights and wisdom about his or her chosen Subject Matter. In other words this Inspired Learner has learned how to learn.
The final segment is rising in an exponential manner and is ready to go out into the world strong and confident to be of service by fully expressing his or her natural talents. This represents Mastery. The final segment or bird is made up of every other color from their journey of discovery. The Inspired Learner has become a master of his or her Subject Matter and can now express it or practice it in his or her own style. The Inspired Learner is confident in his or her own mastery and is now ready to break free of the learning circle to continue his or her learning on their own. The master who is ready to take flight knows they are always connected to their "Inspiration".
