As an Educator

Karen is currently the Chief Learning Officer of the International Coach Academy. International Coach Academy is a school of the future, where adults learn in a global community, with a high degree of flexibility, while sharing with and supporting each other.

Karen has also taught business management courses through Western International University on both graduate and undergraduate levels. Courses taught:

• Supervision and Leadership

She also spent years in the Higher Education sector working with student leaders at both Truman State University and University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.

Karen spent 15+ years in leadership and management of Classic Coil, an international semi-conductor manufacturing firm.  During this time, she was involved in the following community activities:

• Project CENTRL Alumni Association (Arizona's State Leadership Program) Secretary
• School to Work Business/Education Committee Chair, Douglas, Arizona

As a mentor coach and coach trainer, Karen supports both new and seasoned coaches in their practice development through her private coaching practice www.karencappello.com . Her global teleseminars, facilitated in the Inspired Learning Model, attract coaches from around the world.
