Our Three Year Plan - Challenges and Opportunities 2011 to 2013:
The Inspired Learning Model is changing the way people learn and how teachers teach. Our
three year goals include 1. Reaching Visionaries of learning, Teachers, Adult trainers and Parents who
will have direct impact on 18,000,000 learners during the next 10 years; 2. For every dollar spent, bring
awareness of the Inspired Learning Model to 8 or more facilitators of learning.
The Model advocates for 100% positive acknowledgment of the learner (with 0% critique,
comparison or criticism) every time they correctly demonstrate a subject matters competency. This
Model is positively the most effective learning environment in the world. In research the Model has
shown more than a 200% greater learning effectiveness over current, critique-based teaching models.
With 15 years of actual use (proof of concept) and 8 years of training others in USA, Canada,
Europe and India (100% transferable and scalable) the Foundation is now committed to bring this
Model to those who are desperate for a more effective pedagogy (learning/ teaching method).
Our three-year plan involves developing and managing:
- A business model to expand program delivery and international awareness.
- A funding plan that:
. Provides us with sufficient sources of income for 2011, 2012, and 2013.
. Establishes a permanent fundraising and a grant writing program.
- An awareness plan for Visionaries of learning, Teachers, Adult trainers and Parents that:
. Creates awareness of a more effective learning model (replacing critique-based methods).
. Creates an interactive community for each of these four defined target markets.
- An alliance partnering plan that:
. Finds organizations who advocate for positive reinforcement and/or improving education.
. Provides immediate access to partners clients who are pre-sold on positive reinforcement.
The Foundations Plan for Transformation includes:
- Training and Implementation Services
- Follow up for certified facilitators, including instituting CEU & renewal requirements
- Developing a formal fund raising program
- Four very specific and targeted audiences: Visionaries of learning, Teachers, Adult trainers and Parents
- Seeking and creating formalized relationships
- Developing social media outreach & interaction
- Begining primary and secondary research
Market Challenges:
For generations, Visionaries of learning, Teachers, Adult trainers and Parents have been
unconsciously operating from a philosophy of learning that is . . . In order to support my
learners learning, I need to point out what they missed or got wrong so they can focus on
correcting it.
The cost of conversion is a key issue for the Foundation. How quickly can a teacher or
parent or trainer 1. Be aware of; and 2. Use the Inspired Learning Model?
The Foundations Competitive Advantages:
1. The Inspired Learning Model
. Demonstrates more than a 200% increase in learning over critique-based learning models.
.Is used in schools, higher education, company training and adult learning environments.
. Is effective for all subject matters and areas of study.
. Requires no technology or special equipment capital outlay.
2. The Foundation for Inspired Learning has experience and is confident it can:
. Teach the Model via in-person or distant learning modalities.
. Develop new and empowering programs for different types of educators, teachers and trainers.
. Bring the Model to multiple cultures around the world.
3. The Foundations Core Competencies - We know how to:
. Create safe and celebratory learning environments.
. Teach the Model to a wide variety of Visionaries of learning, Teachers, Adult trainers and Parents.
. Provide experiential programs where participants get it (get the benefits of Inspired Learning).
