Proposed Development and Projects for 2005
- Create a powerful 9-member Board of Trustees.
(The 3 officers will continue to be on the Board)
- Hire a staff:
- Chief Operating Officer/ Executive Director
- Director of Development
- Administrative Assistant
- Engage legal council, financial and audit services with expertise in non profit organizations.
- Upgrade the web site.
- Host an additional Inspired Leaning Invitational: October 2005 – Focus on Organizational Visionaries & Leaders
- Develop a project (or projects) where the foundation for Inspired Learning can certify 1,000 educators, managers, workshop leaders, mentors, coaches, and/or parents in the Inspired Learning Model™ over the next 12 months.
- Raise funds for development
- $400,000 short-term (next 6 months) (to be used for working capital to establish a viable operational infrastructure, and expand exposure to the Foundation.
- $1,000,000 mid-term (next 12 months) (to be used to expand exposure to the Foundation, grow support and provide educational services)
- $5,000,000 long-term (next 24 months) (to be used to expand exposure to the Foundation, grow support and provide educational services)
The Foundation’s 10 year goals are:
- Certify 25% of formal educators and trainers in the world in the Inspired Learning Model™.

- Build a network of Inspired Learning & Performing Arts Centers in every community over
50,000 throughout the world (all will be 100% debt free) 10 year program is estimated at
$42 Billion for land, construction communication equipment and furnishings.
- Have an annual supportership of 5,000,000 supporters who donate annually to the
Foundation. At $50 x 5,000,000 = $250,000,000
- Have annual bequests, major gifts equal 10x annual supporter donations.
At $250,000,000 x 10 = $2,500,000,000
- Have 25% of the world’s Fortune 1000 companies be Inspired Learning Companies™ paying annual royalties of ¼ of 1% of gross revenue to the Foundation.
- Be the largest international educational Foundation in the world. Assets exceeding $50 billion; annual operating budget exceeding $5 billion
- Be the largest international performing arts supporter in the world. Funding the Arts annually
of over $500,000,000.
- Be the largest international physical learning center network in the world with over
2,500 centers built.
- Be the largest international distant learning network in the world. Have regional, country and international networks operating 24/7 via the internet and satellites.
