The Howard County Public School System Project
The Foundation for Inspired Learning delivered a 10 month program completely within the Inspired Learning Model to the Howard County Public School System in August 2004; concluding in May 2005.
We collected data over the duration of the Program. The statistical instruments used were co-developed
with a professional education researcher and initial results have been very positive (both from a statistically significant stand point
and from a human development stand point)
Impact of the Howard County Public School System Project
- A proposal to present the Program and the research results has been accepted by
the prestigious NSDC (National Staff Development Council) for their Annual Conference
in December 2005
- Johns Hopkins University – School of Graduate Studies have approved a Summer Institute
for this Program to be offered to Educational Leaders. Dr Katherine Johnson and Peter Reding
will co-facilitate.
- A proposal to present the Program and the research results has been accepted by the ICF (International Coach Federation) Research Symposium for their Annual Pre-Conference in November 2005
